\n(BOTHROPS LANCIOLATUS – LACHESIS LANCIOLATUS)<\/b><\/p>\n

Its venom is most coagulating, (also\u00a0Lachesis<\/i><\/span>). We should expect to find under these remedies the symptomatology of thrombosis, also thrombotic phenomena, as hemiplegia, aphasia, inability to articulate (Linn J. Boyd).<\/p>\n

Broken-down, h\u0107morrhagic constitutions; septic states. Great lassitude and sluggishness; h\u0107morrhages from every orifice of the body; black spots. Hemiplegia with aphasia. Inability to articulate, without any affection of the tongue. Nervous trembling. Pain in right big toe. Diagonal course of symptoms. Pulmonary congestion.<\/p>\n

Eyes.–<\/b><\/span>Amaurosis; blindness from h\u0107morrhage into retina. Hemoralopia, day blindness, can hardly see her way after sunrise; conjunctivial h\u0107morrhage.<\/p>\n

Face.–<\/b><\/span>Swollen and puffy. Besotted expression.<\/p>\n

Throat.–<\/b><\/span>Red, dry, constricted; swallowing difficult, cannot pass liquids.<\/p>\n

Stomach.–<\/b><\/span>Epigastric distress. Black vomiting. Intense h\u0107matemesis. Tympanitis and bloody stools.<\/p>\n

Skin.–<\/b><\/span>Swollen, livid, cold with h\u0107morrhagic infiltration. Gangrene. Lymphatics swollen. Anthrax. Malignant erysipelas.<\/p>\n

Modalities.–<\/b><\/span>Worse<\/i><\/span>, right side.<\/p>\n

Relationship.–<\/b><\/span>Compare:\u00a0Toxicophis<\/i><\/span>.–Moccasin Snake (pain and fever\u00a0recur<\/i><\/span>\u00a0annually, after bite from this snake, and sometimes change location with disappearance of first symptoms. An unusual dryness of skin follows the bite. \u015adematous swellings and periodical neuralgia. Pain travels from one part to another).
