CALCAREA SULPHURICA<\/span>
\n<\/span>Sulphate of Lime-Plaster of Paris<\/b><\/p>\n

Eczema and torpid glandular swellings. Cystic tumors. Fibroids. Suppurative processes come within the range of this remedy, after pus has found a vent.\u00a0Mucous discharges are yellow, thick and lumpy<\/i><\/span>. Lupus vulgaris.<\/p>\n

Head.–<\/b><\/span>Scald-head of children, if there be purulent discharge, or yellow, purulent crusts.<\/p>\n

Eyes.–<\/b><\/span>Inflammation of the eyes, with discharge of thick, yellow matter<\/i><\/span>. Sees only one-half an object. Cornea smoky. Ophthalmia neonatorum.<\/p>\n

Ears.–<\/b><\/span>Deafness, with discharge of matter from the middle ear, sometimes mixed with blood. Pimples around ear.<\/p>\n

Nose.–<\/b><\/span>Cold in the head, with thick,\u00a0yellowish, purulent secretion<\/i><\/span>, frequently tinged with blood. One-sided discharge from nose.\u00a0Yellowish discharge<\/i><\/span>\u00a0from posterior nares. Edges of nostrils sore.<\/p>\n

Face.–<\/b><\/span>Pimples and pustules on the face<\/i><\/span>. Herpes.<\/p>\n

Mouth.–<\/b><\/span>Inside of lips sore. Tongue flabby, resembling a layer of dried clay. Sour, soapy, acrid taste. Yellow coating at base.<\/p>\n

Throat.–<\/b><\/span>Last stage of ulcerated sore throat, with discharge of yellow matter. Suppurating stage of tonsillitis, when abscess is discharging.<\/p>\n

Abdomen.–<\/b><\/span>Pain in region of liver, in right side of pelvis, followed by weakness, nausea, and pain in stomach.<\/p>\n

Stool.–<\/b><\/span>Purulent diarrh\u015ba mixed with blood. Diarrh\u015ba after maple sugar and from change of weather. Pus-like, slimy discharge from the bowels.\u00a0Painful abscesses about the anus<\/i><\/span>\u00a0in cases of fistula.<\/p>\n

Female.–<\/b><\/span>Menses late, long-lasting, with headache, twitching great weakness.<\/p>\n

Respiratory.–<\/b><\/span>Cough, with purulent and sanious sputa and hectic fever. Empy\u0107ma, pus forming in the lungs or pleural cavities. Purulent, sanious expectoration. Catarrh, with thick, lumpy, white-yellow or pus-like secretion.<\/p>\n

Extremities.–<\/b><\/span>Burning-itching of soles of feet<\/i><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Fever.–<\/b><\/span>Hectic fever, caused by formation of pus. With cough and burning in soles.<\/p>\n

Skin.–<\/b><\/span>Cuts, wounds, bruises, etc, unhealthy, discharging pus; they do not heal readily. Yellow, purulent crusts or discharge. Purulent exudations in or upon the skin. Skin affections with yellowish scabs. Many little matterless pimples under the hair, bleeding when scratched. Dry eczema in children.<\/p>\n

Relationship.–<\/b><\/span>Compare:\u00a0Hepar; Silica<\/i><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Dose.–<\/b><\/span>Second and third trituration. The twelfth potency has been found effective in Lupus.<\/p>\n
