Seems to affect especially the urinary, sexual, and respiratory organs. It has characteristic sensations as of dropping water. Great fatigue, as from over-exertion; weary after meals. Choking in swallowing; things go down the wrong way.\u00a0Stuttering<\/i><\/span>. Confusion of thought and speech. Wavering speech. Wavering speech, hasty, incoherent.<\/p>\n

Head.–<\/b><\/span>Lectophobia. Vertigo; sensation of dropping water on head. Pressure on root of nose.<\/p>\n

Eyes.–<\/b><\/span>Opacity of cornea<\/i><\/span>. Cataract from nervous disturbances, abuse of alcohol and tobacco; patient feels deeply approaching blindness. Misty sight. Pressure from back of eyes, forward. Gonorrh\u015bal ophthalmia. Eyeballs ache. Scrofulous eye troubles (Sulph; Calc<\/i><\/span>).<\/p>\n

Urine.–<\/b><\/span>Retained, with obstinate constipation. Painful urging. Micturition in split stream. Stitches in urethra. Inflamed sensation, with soreness to touch.\u00a0Burning while urinating, extending to bladder<\/i><\/span>. Urine scalding, with spasmodic closure of sphincter. Gonorrh\u015ba, acute stage; urethra very sensitive. Walks with legs apart. Dragging in testicles. Zigzag pain along urethra. Sexual overexcitement. Urethral caruncle (Eucalypt<\/i><\/span>), phimosis. Stoppage of urethra by mucus and pus.<\/p>\n

Female.–<\/b><\/span>Amenorrh\u015ba when physical powers have been overtaxed, also with constipation.<\/p>\n

Respiratory.–<\/b><\/span>Oppression of breathing and palpitation;\u00a0must stand up<\/i><\/span>. Weight on chest; rattling wheezing breathing. Cough, with green viscid, also bloody, expectoration.<\/p>\n

Heart.–<\/b><\/span>Sensation as if drops were falling from the heart. Painful strokes and tension with palpitation. Pericarditis.<\/p>\n

Sleep.–<\/b><\/span>Frightful dreams. More tired in morning. Sleepy during day.<\/p>\n

Extremities.–<\/b><\/span>Contraction of fingers after a sprain. Dislocation of patella on going upstairs. Feet feel heavy on going upstairs. Paralytic tearing pains. Affections of the ball of the foot and under part of toes.<\/p>\n

Modalities.–<\/b><\/span>Worse<\/i><\/span>, lying down; going upstairs.<\/p>\n

Relationship.–<\/b><\/span>Antidotes:\u00a0Camph; Lemon juice<\/i><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Compare:\u00a0Hedysarum<\/i><\/span>-Brazilian Burdock–(Gonorrh\u015ba and inflammation of penis);\u00a0Canth; Apis; Copaiva; Thuj; Kal nit<\/i><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Dose.–<\/b><\/span>Tincture to third attenuation. In stuttering the 30th.<\/p>\n
