FERRUM PHOSPHORICUM<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u201cAUNIVERSAL REMEDY\u201d Rademacher
\nSymptoms:
\nSymptoms comprise of flushed face, fever, quick full pulse, hot dry
\nskin, thirst, pain, redness of the parts, flaccid muscle fibers, blue
\nveins, florid complexion.
\nSalient features:
\n1) It colors the blood corpuscles red.
\n2) It improves the quality of blood to fight illness adequately.
\n3) It carries oxygen to all parts of the body.
\n4) It gives strength to the arteries.
\n5) It toughens the circular walls of the blood.
\n6) It supplies iron which nourishes cells. Iron attracts oxygen fromthe air we breathe.
\n7) It regulates the bowels. So deficiency causes diarrhea or
\nconstipation.
\n8) It is a remedy for all diseases which appear suddenly.
\n9) Its deficiency causes inflammatory conditions, colds, cough etc.
\n10) It cures hemorrhages caused by hyperemesis.
\n11) It takes care of fresh wounds caused by mechanical injuries.
\n12) Pains worse motion, excitement, warmth; better from cold and
\nrest.
\nOther features:
\nMind: Loss of courage and hope; \u201ctrifles seem like mountains\u201d;
\ncunningness; puerperal mania.
\nHead: Hammering pain, worse right side; head sore to the touch; cold
\napplications relieve pain; headache when moving\/stooping.
\nEyes: There may be acute conjunctivitis; retinitis; \u2018Sensation as if
\ngrains of sand under eyelids.\u2019
\nEars: First stage of otitis; noises in the ear, roaring like running
\nwater.
\nNose: Predisposition to cold; Epistaxis (bleeding from nose); in the
\ncase of coryza, one tablet every 15 minutes may be taken three times.
\nTongue: Clean and red with headache.
\nTeeth: Toothache, worse with hot, better with cold liquids\/food.
\nThroat: Dry, red, inflamed, ulcerated with fever; first stage of
\ndiphtheria; loss of voice after speaking or singing; barking cough.
\nStomach: Thirst for cold water; burning, sore pain in pit of stomach;
\nfirst stage of gastritis; vomiting of undigested food or bright red
\nblood; pain after taking the smallest quantity of food, relieved by
\ncold drinks.
\nAbdomen: Inflammation of liver; incarcerated hernia; watery stools;
\ndiarrhea caused by a chill; constipation.
\nUrinary Organs: Frequent desire to urinate or incontinence of urine.
\nRespiratory organs: The first remedy for coughs & colds; congestion
\nof the lungs, acute or chronic.
\nFebrile conditions: All catarrhal and inflammatory fevers; rheumatic,
\ngastric, enteric, typhoid and intermittent fevers; simple cases of
\nscarlet fevers.
\nGeneral:
\na) It is the first remedy in every \u2018itis\u2019. So it is a remedy in
\nbronchitis, conjunctivitis, endocarditis (inflammation of
\nmembrane, lining interior of the heart), gastritis, laryngitis,
\nmastitis (inflammation of mammary gland), meningitis,
\nnephritis (inflammation of kidneys), oophritis
\n(inflammation of ovary) pericarditis (inflammation of outer
\nserous covering of the heart), periostitis, phlebitis
\n(inflammation of veins) pleuritis, retinitis, tonsillitis,
\nvaginitis etc.
\nb) It is the first remedy for inflammation, colds, influenza,
\nfevers, scarlet fever, whooping cough, measles, pleurisy,
\nrheumatism, neuritis, mechanical injury, haemorrhages,
\nleukemia, hyperemia etc.
\nc) It is also the first remedy for abscesses, carbuncles, boils,
\nfelons etc.
\nd) In anemia & chlorosis, follow or precede Calc Phos; in
\nhemorrhoids, alternate with Calc Fluor; in diabetes, use
\nNatrum Sulph alternately; in headaches, let it be followed by
\nNatrum Phos; in inflammation of the prostate gland, and fever
\nKali Mur follows well.
\ne) Strains and sprains require this remedy in the first place, so
\ndoes lumbago & stiff neck.
\nf) \u2018It acts brilliantly in old people.\u2019
\ng) It exists in all cells, is related to several enzymatic
\nprocesses, and plays a significant role in fighting infections.
\nValuable Comments:
\n\u201cEvery family should have Ferrum Phosphoricum.\u201d

\nfrom two to six weeks, and on their disintegration the iron from them is
\nstored in the liver until it is used again. Healthy kidneys hold back much
\nof the iron that would be otherwise lost in the urine, though some part
\nof the body\u2019s iron content is lost in the process of sloughing of skin,
