{"id":26866,"date":"2023-04-14T06:37:28","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T06:37:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/materiamedica.net\/?p=26866"},"modified":"2023-04-14T06:37:28","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T06:37:28","slug":"fissures-in-anusbiochemic-medicine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.epostpro.com\/index.php\/2023\/04\/14\/fissures-in-anusbiochemic-medicine\/","title":{"rendered":"Fissures in Anus(Biochemic medicine)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fissures in Anus<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>(A long narrow deep crack or slit in mucous membranes of anus)<br \/>\nSymptoms:<br \/>\na) The patient complains of severe pain after passing stools<br \/>\nb) The pain lasts for a considerable period of time.<br \/>\nc) Out of fear he tends to suppress his stools<br \/>\nd) It creates constipation and worsens fissures.<br \/>\ne) Thus he is trapped in a vicious circle.<br \/>\nRemedies:<br \/>\n1) <strong>Graphites 6x or 12x or 30x:<\/strong> It may be given 4 hourly at least one week for anal<br \/>\nfissure advantageously, if it has been caused by severe constipation. It is also good for<br \/>\nvaricose veins of rectum.<br \/>\n2) <strong>Nitric Acid 12x<\/strong>: 3 doses per day for 7 days, in case the patient is afflicted with pain<br \/>\nas from splinters, passes urine smelling like that of a horse, suffers from spasmodic<br \/>\nlancinating pains during stool in rectum, and the symptoms are better while riding in a<br \/>\ncarriage.<br \/>\n3) <strong>Silicea 12x:<\/strong> It should be taken 4 hourly. It is useful in cases where partly expelled<br \/>\nstools recede due to irritable sphincter ani and constipation occurs before and during<br \/>\nmenses.<br \/>\n4) <strong>Calcarea Phos 6x<\/strong>, thrice daily: For fissures of anus in children, it is the best<br \/>\nbiochemic remedy. It may be alternated with Calcarea Fluor 6x, 4 hourly.<br \/>\n5) Calcarea Fluor 6x: Tones the elastic fibers causing free movement of bowels.
