So it is important to treat the individual<br \/>\nd) Alcohlism, chain smoking or continuous mental stress leads to hypertension<br \/>\nRemedies:<br \/>\n1) <strong>Calcarea Fluorica 12x<\/strong>, twice daily for several days: If high blood pressure is due to<br \/>\narteriosclerosis, it is of great help.<br \/>\n2) <strong>Kali Phos 12x<\/strong>: If taken at night, induces sound sleep. It is a great nerve and brain remedy.<br \/>\nFive tablets comprise of a dose. It would be appropriate and better if Calcarea Fluor 12x is<br \/>\ntaken daily in the morning, and Kali Phos is taken daily in the evening. My colleague, Dr<br \/>\nSamir Kumar Mukherjee, cured high blood pressure of 180\/90 in a patient of 79 years by<br \/>\nadministering these medicines for a period of six months continuously as stated herein. This<br \/>\ncase appears on page 17 in Journal on Bio-Salts &amp; Health of All Bengal Doctors Association<br \/>\nof Bio-chemic Medicines for the July-September 2013 quarter.<br \/>\nNote: Patients of High Blood Pressure should not drink Coffee as its use increases blood<br \/>\npressure. They should also give up smoking and drinking alcohol.
