One has to select that which suits in accordance with one\u2019s<br \/>\nsymptoms)<br \/>\nRemedies:<br \/>\n1)<strong> Selenium 6<\/strong>x, to be taken 4 hourly for some days: Impotency with lascivious thoughts,<br \/>\nextreme sadness, great debility, prostatitis, loss of sexual power, insufficient erections, too<br \/>\nrapid emission, sexual neurasthenia; hydrocele; involuntary dribbling of semen, prostatic<br \/>\nfluid, urine; coryza ends in diarrhoea; constipation troubles. Complaints worsen in summer.<br \/>\nWine incompatible.<br \/>\n2) <strong>Phosphoric Acid 1x<\/strong>, one drop to be taken in spoonful of water three times a day after<br \/>\nmeals for at least one month, may be for several days if it suits. Indifferent to the affairs of<br \/>\nlife; frequent profuse emissions at night and at stool; sexual power deficient; testicles tender<br \/>\nand swollen; irresistible desire to masturbate; there may be eczema of scrotum or oedema of<br \/>\nprepuce. Selenium is complementary.<br \/>\n3) <strong>Argentum Nitricum 12x<\/strong>, to be taken thrice a day: \u201cVery characteristic is the great desire<br \/>\nfor sweets.\u201d Erection fails when coition is attempted. Coition is painful. Genitals shrivel.<br \/>\nThe patient suffers from peculiar mental impulses, wants to do things in a hurry, not able to<br \/>\ntolerate heat.<br \/>\n4) Kali Phos 30x, once daily: Impotence with painful emissions at night, without erection.<br \/>\nSexual instinct entirely dormant much of the time. Utter prostration &amp; depression, also weak<br \/>\nvision after coitus. Spermatorrhoea arising from excessive sexual excitement.<br \/>\n5) <strong>Cobaltum 6x<\/strong>, thrice a day for some days: \u2018Pain in right testicle; better, urinating.<br \/>\nEmission without erection. Impotence. Backache in lumbar region and weak legs. Lewd<br \/>\ndreams.
