[15] Itching in the ears (and soles of the feet).
Humid herpes on the ears, with swelling of the cervical glands and livid, gray complexion.
Inflammation of the (left) outer ear, red, hot, swollen, burning, proceeding from a pimple in the concha, with stiffness and pain as the left side of the neck, shoulder and arm.
Nose.
Bad smell before the nose (on waking).
Bleeding of the nose (in the morning).
Face.
[20] Livid complexion, with swelling of the cervical glands.
Great heat and brown redness of the face (during the siesta), with throbbing in the cheeks ; and forehead, and frequent micturition.

Eructations sour or empty, after dinner, followed by expectoration of frothy saliva.
[30] Nausea during pregnancy.
Vomiturition, straining to vomit, in the morning ; vomiting in the morning of sweetish water, with dryness in the nose and fullness in the forehead ; cold hands and feet, with thirst.
Tightness of the stomach and pit of the stomach ; the tight clothing is insupportable.
Painful hard place on the left side of the stomach.
Scirrhus or cancer of the stomach.

Diminished secretion of urine ; also he drinks much, with frequent desire to micturate (at night), passing but little at a time.
[45] Frequent and profuse micturition (pale urine).
Urine has a bad smell ; of the color of chestnuts, reddish, with red sediment.
Before urinating, discharge of mild leucorrhoea.
During micturition, burning between the labia.
Sexual Organs.
Men. Burning in the genitals and impotence.
[50] Women. Itching in the vagina, inducing rubbing in the evening, succeeded by smarting, swelling, heat and induration of the external parts, with soreness in the vagina when urinating.
On the neck of the uterus a hard lump, and ulcerative pain during an embrace ; the pain worse in the morning than in the evening.
Prolapsus uteri.
During an embrace burning in the parts, followed next day by menstrual discharge of dark blood.
Menstruation too early and too profuse.
[55] Before and during menstruation, hardness of bearing.
Leucorrhoea, mild, corrosive, debilitating.
Appearance of the menses in the third mouth of pregnancy (blood black, flows in a stream).
Respiratory Organs.
Scraping and roughness in the throat, with hoarseness, relieved by sneezing, in the morning.

Cough, with pain in the chest and sternum, compelling to press the hand on it ; stitches and soreness in the chest.

[65] Frequent desire to take a deep breath on account of a sensation of heaviness on the chest.

The chest feels bruised, especially the sternum.

Back.
[70] Pain, as if the small of the back would break ; worse at rest ; better from motion.
Pain in the small of the back like labor-pains ; strong pressure to urinate, and ineffectual desire to go to stool.
Pain in the back at night ; worse when lying.
The scapulae feel as if bruised.
Extremities.
Upper. Pain in the shoulders as if they had ham uncovered all night.
[75] Stitches in the arm from the shoulder-joint through the fingers ; they feel as if gone to sleep, insensible.
Deadness of the fingers, which grow pale and insensible (early in the morning, when rising), (with tingling and going to sleep).
Pain in the left thumb, as if sprained or stiff.
Lower. Humming and buzzing sensation in the lower limbs.
Pain of the sales of the feet, as from subcutaneous ulceration.
[80] Å’dematous, white swelling of both feet (feel cold and heavy).
Burning itching of the soles.

Great drowsiness, with frequent yawning.
