In the morning, violent lachrymation and burning of the eyes, with sensation of dryness.

The eyes feel heavy, as if they could not be kept open.

Eyes dry.

Eyes feel cold.

[30] The eyebrows and upper eyelids are drawn upwards ; he has his looks fixed.

 

Ears.

Singing in the ear when walking in the open air.

Tearing in the ears.

Crawling and itching in the ears.

Nose.

Great dryness in the throat, especially on awaking during the night, with much coughing.

When swallowing, itching (in a small spot) in the throat left side.

 

Stomach and Abdomen.

[50] Much thirst.

Hiccough in bed.

Sensation of qualmishness above the navel, when walking in the open air.

In the pit of the stomach, beating as from a pulse, as if a hammer were beating on an ulcerated spot.

Fulness in the pit of the stomach.

[55] Rolling of wind in the abdomen (left side), hears it but does not feel it.

Fermentation and rumbling in the abdomen, and discharge of flatulency.

Sensation of heat through the abdomen.

 

Stool and Anus.

Frequent unsuccessful desire to evacuate.

With the evacuation, discharge of much flatulence.

[60] Continuous stitch in the rectum.

 

Urinary Organs.

Pressure on the bladder while urinating.

 

Sexual Organs.

Men. Violent burning in the left half of the scrotum, drawing towards the right side.

Tingling and itching of the scrotum.

Perspiration and itching of the scrotum and penis.

[65] Women. Catamenia too early, blood viscid, mixed with mucus.

During the catamenia, sensation of distention of the abdomen ; it feels as if it were boiling.

Menstrual blood profuse, bright red.

 

Respiratory Organs and Heart.

Burning in the right side of the larynx.

Hoarseness (forenoon).

[70] Cough dry, as if it came from the larynx ; expectoration is streaked with blood, with severe pain in the chest (Pneumonia).

Sensation of fulness in the chest ; is compelled to inhale deeply.

Stitches in the (left side of the) chest.

Stitches like knives in the right side of the chest.

Cough worse in bed and after sleeping.

[75] Bubbling and boiling in the chest and the region of the heart ; it rises to the head and he becomes giddy ; he breaks out in a perspiration.

Sensation of heat in the region of the heart.

Stitches in the heart, with anxiety.

Frequent violent pulsations of the heart, -each beat is double, one hard and full, the other soft and small.

Trembling of the heart, with great debility.

Back.

Burning in the region of the left kidney, extending towards the right side.

Burning in the spine above the sacrum.

Burning in the sacrum.

Burning on the right shoulder-blade.

 

Extremities.

[90] Upper. Tearing from the shoulder, extending to the finger-joints.

The thumb and index-finger feel as if sprained.

Tearing in the elbow-joints.

Tearing in the knuckles of the middle fingers of the right hand.

Burning of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.

[95] Lower. Tearing in the right ischium.

Small pimples around the left gluteus muscle, which discharge a watery fluid when scratched open.

Burning stinging in, above or below the left knee-pain.

Tearing in the left knee.

Tingling in both lower limbs and feet, worse in the heat.

[100] Burning in the feet (soles of the feet).

Cramps in the feet (during the night).

 

Sleep.

Sleepiness, with yawning, the eyes feel so heavy that she cannot keep them open.

Fever.
