Violent itching on the scalp.

Eyes.

Pressing and stinging in the eyes.

On looking intensely on one spot lachrymation and he ache.

[10] Redness of the eyes with lachrymation and burning.

Pressing heaviness of the eyelids.

Double vision.

 

Ears.

Suppuration of the external ear.

Hardness of bearing.

 

Nose.

[15] Bleeding of the nose, especially when blowing it (at dinner).

Eruptions on the tip of the nose.

 

Face.

Pale face with sunken eyes.

Redness of the face with anxious expression of the countenance ; heat on one side of the face, renewed when thinking of it.

Swelling of the cheeks.

[20] Itching and stinging, on the cheeks.

Tension in the articulation of the (left) jaw (when walking in the open air).

Mouth and Throat.

Mouth and tongue full of vesicles, with burning and stinging pains, on that account cannot eat any solid food.

Burning and stinging in the throat.

Tongue brown, dry.

Stomach and Abdomen.

Bitter taste, only in the throat.

Stool and Anus.

During stool tenesmus.

Itching, biting, and soreness at the anus, discharge of ascarides.

 

Urinary Organs.

Incontinence of urine.

Frequent urging to urinate, with small discharges.

Sexual Organs.

Men. Hard swelling of the testicles and spermatic cord, with pressure.

Women. Menstruation too early and too profuse.

Before the menstruation, pain in the back ; later, palpitation of the heart.

 

Respiratory Organs.

Difficult respiration as from a plug in the larynx.

[50] Dyspnoea relieved by bending the body forward.

Wheezing, anxious breathing (inhalation), with violent laboring of the abdominal muscles.

Constrictive spasmodic pain through the chest and larynx.

Burning in the chest ; soreness in the chest.

Congestions in the chest from the least movement or excertion, with dyspnoea, nausea, and faintish weakness.

[55] Stinging and pressing pain in the praecordial region.

Sensitiveness of the larynx to the touch and when turning the neck.

Dry, hollow barking cough day and night.

Dry cough from burning-tickling in the larynx.

Cough day and night with burning in the chest, relieved by eating and drinking.

[60] Hoarseness with cough and coryza.

Weak voice, giving out when singing or talking.

Pressure in the larynx when singing.

Inflammation of the larynx, trachea, and bronchus.

Croup.

Hooping-cough, deep, hollow, barking, caused by the sensation of a plug in the larynx, with expectoration only in the morning of small quantities of tough, yellow, hardened mucus, compelling one to swallow it again.

Aggravation of the cough in the evening till midnight ; from cold air ; from turning the head ; from exercise ; from lying low with the head ; from talking and singing.

Palpitation of the heart (before menstruation), with suffocation, violent gasping respiration, pain in the heart.

Rheumatic affections of the valves of the heart (fibrous deposit upon the valves).

[70] Violent palpitation of the heart, beats rapid (each beat was accompanied by a loud blowing, as of a bellows), awakens him after midnight, with a sense of suffocation, loud cough, great alarm, agitation, anxiety, and difficult respiration.

Sleep.

Sleeplessness, and when going to sleep delirium.
