William Boericke William Boericke (1849 – 1929) was an Austrian-born American physician who became an influential exponent of homeopathy. He was also known as an academic writer, publisher, medical school professor, and owner of several pharmacies. He was the compiler and editor of the Pocket Manual of Homeopathic Materia Medica.
